We have an urgent opening for the position of Sr. GM- Business development (Roads & Highways) with a leading engineering consulting company.

Position: Sr. GM- BD

Reporting to- Director- BD

Location- Faridabad

Experience: Minimum 15 years of similar or related experience in Business Development of road sector.

Qualification: BE-Civil.

Job description:

·         Facilitation of Business Development activities through clear internal and external communication at all levels.

·         Establish and maintain relationships with clients, potential strategic joint venture and technical partners/ project collaborators both in private and government sectors.

·         Establish and maintain relationship and contacts with leading public sector.

·         Responsible to explore new Strategies for Business Development.

·         He/ she should have strong exposure of Business & Domestic market.

·         Expertise in liaison with both authorities-Governments. & non Government.

·         Formulating Contracting strategies, Tendering bid evaluation, preparing commercial clarifications, negotiation, contract administration and dispute resolution.

·         Take decision for “to Bid”/”Not to Bid”.

·         To plan the succession in the key roles in order to build a competitive team.
